ANNOUNCING MARF IV...4/16/2011..OFFICIAL INFO THREAD

Hello folks. Here we are once again to announce...ANOTHER MARF..!!!
This thread will be the official thread for all OFFICIAL info for the Mid-Atlantic Rick-Fest for 2011-"MARF IV"...a ONE-DAY event.
16 April 2011, 9AM-6PM.
The event will once again be free to all who attend, all you have to do is get there with your Ricks!
Hotel accomodations are available once again at:
Hampton Inn and Conference Center
121 Laurel Oak Road, Voorhees, New Jersey, USA 08043

We have a block of rooms booked, and our group code is "MAR" for the preferred rate ($99.00). Make your reservations as soon as possible. This hotel is approx. 3 miles from POTR, and there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel.......I tested the reservation page, and we are listed in there...it'll work.
We may probably add another hotel very soon so that there will be plenty of rooms available, but as we said please make your reservations asap.

We are requiring all attendees to pre-register as well as list what instruments you will be bringing, and you can do this via this link:

This will give us a register of instruments and a head-count of attendees, thank you 'muchly' in advance.
In essence, Chris has graciously lent us his store for the weekend, and there will be plenty of room for Rickenbackers to hang on the wall, on stands, any old way, really.
We'll have room for a small amount of amplifiers. Since the event will be held at a music store, there will also be plenty of amps on-hand to play through once you're there.
There may be some after-fest activities, and we'll give notice to this once we get it all figured out....
If you want to bring an amp (No Big Rigs please, like an SVT) let Chris or myself know ahead of time.
