I'm going to get word out early about SCARF for this year.
SCARF 2011 will take place the first weekend of August. This will also be an unofficial (so far) celebration of the 80th anniversary of RIC.
We have picked that weekend because that the time a certain special long distance traveler will be in So Cal (he can chime in whenever he wants).
Details to follow. For now, I will say there is definitely something special going on from late afternoon, late into the night of Saturday August 6th. The venue will be announced soon.
This event will be a little different from the ones in the past.
Still fine tuning certain details, so stay tuned!


I think this is Graham Griffiths birthday as well. We'll celebrate it with or without him being there!

Sounds good, Joey. It will only be a couple of months shy of my 60th so I'll make the effort.

Yikes! Just made it. That's the weekend before the Surfguitar101 Convention. I'll be there, but I'll owe the wife BIG TIME!

Well, I felt like I was ready for the scrapheap after last weekend at MARF!!!!!
