The wife says I will be home on the 6th of August. I'll be there. I'd be interested in any Pre-SCARF jams, if I'm not on that damned boat of course. Mark

Since Two and a Half Men looks like it'll be taping in the middle of August, I'd also like to attend some pre-SCARF jams/hang outs.

Much better chance of there being a post SCARF jam, than a pre SCARF jam.
The JETGLO finish name should be officially changed to JETGLO ROCKS!

Awesome! It's getting better every post
So Cal's not a bad place for a summer vacation, and you've got friends and a Rick get-together waiting for you! I hope we see (and get to meet) a lot of out of town Forumites

Do we have an official headcount as of today?
Also, Kira, could you PLEASE bring your Carl Wilson? I've always wanted to play one, just to see what it was all about and how it compares to Gary's McGuinn, the vintage 360/12NS MG I played at Norman's and my own V64.

I think we'll manage. I have a compact car, so pack lightly. It does have a roof rack, though.

Haha; you shouldn've seen the second Minicon I took Trotty to: Five or Six Rickenbackers, 3rd largest pedal board in the world (behind the Edge, and John Biscuti. . I jest) , a Fender Twin, a Vox AC30 and chrome stand, a large cooler, a bag of snacks, more beer(Trotty's), Trotty, cradling a `75 Telecaster bass in the front seat, and me, all in a Ford Focus three-door; it was the clown car of gear carriers.kiramdear wrote:I think we'll manage. You really do have packing your car with gear down to a science, but I never saw such a large amount of gear come out of a car, like John Minutaglio's car at SCARF '05. That was the most amazing packing job ever!paologregorio wrote:Haha; you shouldn've seen the second Minicon I took Trotty to: Five or Six Rickenbackers, 3rd largest pedal board in the world (behind the Edge, and John Biscuti. .
