Ummm... It wasn't Paul that said that. It was me. And the downsides were the huge numbers of people and the huge cost of just about everything...

:oops: Sorry, I've been here 35 years and there's way too many people for me now...but still, it's close to the City, and where I live in Bennett Valley we have it nice and quiet. I just keep away from 101 and 12 when all the wine tasters come up here and drive like maniacs... :lol:

I live 10 minutes North of SF across the Golden Gate. It's idyllic, quiet, and smells good all the time.

Anytime I want crazy, loud, smelly, or dirty, I simply drive into SF, like I do for work every day. :mrgreen:

But, yeah, it ain't cheap, I'll give you that. :lol:

You can get around pretty easy in Marin and Sonoma County..most of the time..Napa on a Summer weekend though forgitaboutit
