One thing I will say, if it ever lived in the ocean (or even a lake/river/whatever) it definitely does not belong on a pizza...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

There is no reason to ever be bored.

Anchovies are used as bait to catch other fish...

Re: SoCalCon this year?
No, sushi is what you catch with anchovies. You can then use the sushi to catch even bigger fish...

I really should have added, "...which you can cook if you want to eat them..."cjj wrote:No, sushi is what you catch with anchovies. You can then use the sushi to catch even bigger fish...

Wow, what a thread detour!
Bringing it back around---if we all want to agree on a SCARF, I'd be happy to join the committee of making it happen. We're all busy with life, but may regret breaking a 5-year tradition if we skip this year.
What say ye, tribe?

I agree. Maybe a scaled down jam if not a full blown Scarf.

Re: SoCalCon this year?
This year would be the 7th year in a row. The first SCARF was the last weekend of August '05. Glad to see the enthusiasm. I'd be disappointed if we broke the tradition, so I'm on board. Even if it's just some kind of jam and/or the idea I shared with Dan-o last year, I'd like to have some kind of event.collin wrote:Bringing it back around---if we all want to agree on a SCARF, I'd be happy to join the committee of making it happen.
