Yeah ! He is a great addition and besides being a good guitarist, he covered some of those higher-range "Day Tripper" vocals with ease, too !!!! Very talented performer!rickenbrother wrote:That’s newcomer David O to the left. He’s a great addition to the jams. Glad he came.
Well said !rickenbrother wrote: This is Tonya. This girl rocks ! She did a better Ginger Baker than Ginger Baker on "Sunshine of Your Love" towards the end of the jam ! Not kidding !

Dammit....we finally play some truly good hard rock and I miss it.
Looks like a good time, guys - hope you all had fun.
This is not a PW instrument. It has a custom pickguard that we made for Jason that has half of the soundhole covered and sits only a few millimeters below the strings. He tends to get under the strings and breaks them like crazy; with this pickguard, string breakage is rare as he has no room to get under the strings.manta wrote:I like Jason's acoustic. Looks like a 700 Shatsa and since it has a PG it must have come off the PW (JJ) Assembly Line. Very nice.

It also has his signature on it. It was all laser engraved from the rear and painted so that it stays looking pretty good under the incredible use he gives this guitar. As it happens, I have a spare here in the studio to share.
