Too bad Kenny won't be at this one, that's one of his favorite songs! :)
I'll play that. I think John Hall knows that one as well.

Unless someone wants to grab it, I can do bass and vox on it if needed. Unless, of course, Mr. H shows up.

You could have it in my yard/barn, the neighbors wouldn't even hear us playing. 'Course, it'd be a bit longer of a drive than most folks would want to do...

***REMINDERS***

1 - Please note the change of venue to:
Bombshelter Studios
7580 Garden Grove Blvd
Westminster, CA 92683
(714) 240-7345
http://www.bombshelterrehearsal.com

2 - Those who would like to sing, bring along printed lyrics. We don't expect you to remember lyrics to songs you don't sing all the time.

3 - Guitarists: bring along chord charts, and guitar stands for every guitar you intend to display. Also remember that the bassists don't have bassline charts. :-)
Guitarists that usually bring their amps, please do so for this event. Remember the stage is narrower, so we'll have less room, not too many amps should be needed so let the group know if you're bringing a guitar amp please!

4 - Bassists: Bring along enough guitar stands for every bass guitar you intend to display.

5 - No stage hogging. Play on only 4 to 5 songs in row unless you are the ONLY person to fill a certain slot (bass guitar, drums, lead vocals, lead guitar, keys)...or Dan-o will use his STOP sign on you...in some way...if he doesn't, I WILL!

6 - No stage camping.

7 - No volume wars.

8 - Drummers: bring your own crash cymbals.

9 - This is not a talent contest, so don't be shy about signing up to play songs. Some songs get demolished, many times by people who are unprepared to play certain songs (See reminder 3) but wind up having to! Some time songs get played very well, either by the right mix of people who know the songs or by complete accident.
Please sign up!

Along with your Guitar stands ... don't forget to bring pedals .....

An essential pedal for any Jam ..... courtesy of Bjorn Eriksson's Rickenbacker page ....
Blame Shifter.jpg

And this other pedal was also said to be useful for Jam sessions ....

Boy, do I need that one!

I added a song to the list that I enjoy playing. "On Interstate 15" by Wall of Voodoo. Anyone want to join in?
