Nut for Shaller strap lock

Nut for Shaller strap lock
I lost the nut for my Shaller strap lock. The local hardware store did not have anything close to the thread pitch. Any idea where I can get one? I shouldn't have to buy a new set of strap locks just for the nut.
Re: Nut for Shaller strap lock
It's a metric thread, M10x0.75 so you'll have to find someplace that sells metric fasteners...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
Re: Nut for Shaller strap lock
Allparts apparently sells them with the washer:

IIRC, I tried to match up one at a local Ace Hardware that has extensive metric nuts and bolts, but I was unable to match the thread pitch with their stock items.

I went to Ace Hardware again today and I can confirm that the smallest fine-thread metric nut they stock is an M10x1.0. IMO, I'd go with the Allparts replacement.

Thanks so much. Amazing! But as luck would have it I went to band rehearsal and there was the nut sitting on the edge of a table.

That's even better!
