RIC bass amp head

i have an Eden WT550 and it has unbelievable tone but want to try Rickenbacker amp too.i want to learn which Rickenbacker head amp is good for 4003.waiting opinions :)

Rickenbacker hasn't made amps since the late 60's, and the only head I know of that they made was the solid state Transsonic. A good example of the sound of those would be Steppenwolf from that era.

I don't know as I have never played either one. Both are very rare. I believe a lot of Steppenwolf's vintage stuff was Trans Sonics, but this is just from what I have heard and read in the past. Rickenbacker was never known for their amps, and the Trans Sonic is the only one that really got any sort of notoriety and they were super expensive back in the day so they are very rare now.

Rickenbacker made the old Road 440 bass amps. They weren't bad.

They had a small bottom with a 18-inch driver - I had one. The cabinet was way too small for the driver, so it didn't go down as far as it could have.

Very rugged stuff.

I have both. The B-22 sounds really good with bass, the Transonic sounds better with guitar.

hmmm B22 sounds good.finding one is the first duty for me :)
