1. Click on the Link, it should bring you to a blank page, looks like an error.

2. Highlight the URL in the search box, and click enter.

3. Enjoy Ilan's accent. :D
You mean the google search box? It's empty. I don't have an enter key but when I highlight the address box and hit return it asks me what to do with a gm.asp file. Clueless me. I'll wait for the u-tube... :( Thanks anyway :D

For me it didn't work in Firefox. It did in Safari though (thanks Jeffrey for this hint).

Nah, I mean the search box in your browser. the one where you type www.rickresource.com

Just click on the link, it takes you to the new page (which is blank). then all you do is highlight the URL, and hit enter, or whatever it is you do when you type www.rickresource.com, or one of my favorites, www.catsthatlooklikehitler.com

Same here, Wes, for both Firefox and IE.

Just saw the added instructions and yes, after highlighting the URL again and hitting enter, the interview plays. Now I need time to watch!

Ilan, just watched it - great interview. Very tempting to want to hold all those rare and historic instruments I bet. I see you left plenty of pad on the out!

I had to install flip4mac and then it worked in Safari, but not Firefox. That was super cool, Ilan. Wow! 8)

Maybe that is why it worked for me as I have flip4mac installed already.

So... if my monitor is correctly color-adjusted, there were what looked like green silks on the tuner end of the strings on the Hofner. Is that any kind of a helpful clue for anyone trying to figure out what strings Macca uses?

Or (conspiracy theory alert), would they go so far as to dye the silks to throw curious snoops off?

Sorry for the delay guys, got from work really late yesterday:

I have no idea if the sound is synced or not (I uploaded a video yesterday and it was out of sync so I had to re-encode the audio track...)
The video is still being processed by youtube so it might not be viewable in the next hour or so.
So long and thanks for all the fish!

Wow ... that was quite excellent. Thanks Ilan, great job. I'm surprised that being that close to the Hofner your hair did not turn white like Moses' hair did when he was in contact with the Burning Bush :) Being that close to his Hofner would be a serious religious experience for me.
