Thank you Ben.

I noticed that the same optical illusion is evident in the first pic of the metallic plumglo 4003 found on this thread, but not in the other pics. In this age of digital enhancement, it's easy to forget that "picture-perfect" often isn't!

It's a weird phenomenon.
A picture says more than a thousand words, but apparently not all of it is true !?

The "smoke & fireglo" experiment really caught my eye... if that ebony fingerboard had been untroubled by frets or inlays... be still, my trembling credit card.....
