I was falling down a youtube hole when I saw this strange 3 pickup Ric being played by Al Cisneros of Sleep and OM. Pickups don't look like they line up with 4004, rear routing doesn't jive with a 4003, it's sort of like a S version of a LK.... Anyone know anything about this bass?

I can't see an pic or video you may have posted, but I recall RIC making a bass for Al sometime in late 2015 or early 2016 that matches your description.

It's like a mashup of a 4003SW and a 4004LK, from what I can see.
