Four thousand - 4000
Four thousand and one - 4001
Four thousand and three - 4003
Four thousand and five - 4005

If it's good enough for John Hall, it's good enough for me.

Just to put the cat among the pigeons... I've always said it as "double-oh". I play a 4 double-oh 3. It's the bass James Bond would play. Licensed to thrill.
What would Maud Adams call it?
Anything she wants to, as far as I'm concerned.
