Luthier In the Dallas Area - Help!

I've recently moved to Dallas (Denton to be precise) and am in need of a luthier that is comfortable with Rickenbackers. I've got two 3001s and a 4004 and I don't want to find out the hard way if they really know how to work with the dual truss rods. (of course they all say "sure, I can do that!")

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated (and help me sleep better at night).
