Donald, can you make and post a photo of the neckplate area of your 3001? There is another member with questions about that on his bass, so it would be great to see yours, thanks. 8)

Sure. Actually, I have two 3001s, the Blue '77 with a white TRC and a '76 Tobacco Burst with a black TRC.
I'll take some pics tonight and get them up by tomorrow morning.

Just to be clear, are you talking about the headstock, or where the neck mates with the body?
FYI, the necks of my two 3001s are different in how they're sloped where they're mated to the body.

So... I've taken the pics. But, for some reason it's not letting me upload them. I've tried multiple times and it's just not taking. I did the same thing as when I posted the pic of me playing the 3001, but it's just not uploading. Any suggestions?
