I simply download highdef material off the internet (mostly usenet) for TV and movies and buy high definition audio online as well (in flac 24bit 48/88.1/96...)
But yes, I should probably get a bluray player, I had one with my PS3 but it wasn't really used (I bought it for my younger brother as a gift, he left it for me when he moved to china and I gave it back to him after it did nothing other than collecting dust).
