Hello Tom!
It's an Envelope filter plugin from Amplitube which is a Mutron-like clone. The bass is wired stereo so I applied it to the bridge pickup only. The other (neck) is clean.
This is just my guess - I am not aware of how the Mutron was routed in Chris' rig.
