Big hit in 60s for 2 acts, accept either, also act performing this enjoyed success in 60s certainly in UK.

This was not as easy as I thought it would be,some went for Tim Hardin and of course he recorded it and wrote it I believe but he did not have a hit in 60s or any year with it.

I was looking for Bobby Darin and The Four Tops so well done to those who got it right.

Two managed to identify it was The Spotnicks playing
