Mac app to change icon size, split from "We have a new forum"

Does anyone know of a Mac-based program that would allow me to reduce the size of my pics? I can't seem to get reduced using iPhoto.

Richard, will an online program do? I use this one, but i'm on a PC.
Nothing will get you dead quicker than being deadly serious about yourself.
