The RickResource Forum Rules

The RickResource Forum was created in July 2000 to foster public reading and moderated
discussion with respect to Rickenbacker instruments and related musical topics. It is not
affiliated with Rickenbacker International Corporation. Over the years a list of basic
rules has enabled the RickResource Forum to create an environment of respect among its
members and those in the Internet community.

The Rules are as follows:

1. Registration is required to post and registrants are required to identify their true
name on registration and include an active email address. Members should understand that
there username and real name will be viewed next to their posts by those members who are
signed in to the RickResource Forum.

2. Posts shall not contain profanity, vulgar or crude language as defined by
Merriam-Webster and/or Oxford Dictionaries.

3. Posts shall not be rude, offensive or nonsensical.

4. Posts shall not show apparent disrespect for others, including RIC and its employees

5. Topics focusing on religion, politics or sexuality are not permitted

6. Posts shall not be created to discuss contentious issues that originate in other forums.

7. Links to other chat forums are not allowed.

8. Posting shall not be created to air grievances or ask potentially compromising
information with regard to other companies or parties, by name or alias be they
individuals, groups or their associated websites.

9. Links to music forums where artists share their work, newsfeeds, myspace, youtube, ebay
and so forth are permitted but the individual posting such a link is fully responsible for vetting
the content such that it complies with RRF rules.

10. Posts advertising commercial products are not permitted.
