AUTOMATIC list into the Rick register?

Hello all,
i am new, joined a few days ago to the forum, I posted up some "info needed" and my guitar pics etc. and folks were kind enough to help confirm my guitar is genuine. 1965 360, just now, I went to the Register today to register it, and it came back as Denied as file/serial already there, does someone else just do it automaticcaly registered? they have not the correct state that I live in. and i would have gotten a frirend to take some good pics, instead of these bad ones up, as mine are bad, my camera is ****** , bear with me folks, I have a brain stem compression/lower cerebellum herniation, and it takes me a bit to get the swing of things/figure out how things work/process. thank you alana
