1933/35 - 7 string hawaiian lap steel ? restoration

Post by electro7yo »

Hey all , thank you for taking a look . I am currently the proud owner of a very well used 7 string lap steel ,unfortunately the only seemingly original components beyond the body and kneck are the pots and possibly the 4 string machine head bank which is missing one tuner.I wish to find any leads and info on where to start finding the pieces for this era and style , as well as possibly narrowing down the year of production .

Thank you all ,

Welcome. You have found the FORUM TECHNICAL SUPPORT section. Try scrolling down a bit to Rickenbacker Steels. You should be able to find all the answers you desire there. If it's '33-35, that's a pretty old one...
