New Discussions

HELP! Is there a way to have new discussions emailed to me? For example, I am a frequent commenter on Roy's Searchers Forum, but I don't get any new discussion messages. It seems I must physically visit the site, and scroll through. And then, once I make a comment, I get any follow up comments emailed. However, I never know if somebody has started a new topic there. Thank you for clarifying that this is the only way and I am not overlooking something in my settings to be notified of a new discussion in my favorite Forums?
