Did something funny just happen a minute ago? I had to log in again. That's never happened to me before.

A glitch in the mainframe.

It's happened to me before, usually whenever I'm at a hotel that I'm staying for the first time.

It seems the Reboot family has come to town. Happy Thanksgiving.

Have you switched ISPs or logged into the forum from a different ISP before?

How funny... I forgot I posted this thread until.... a few seconds ago... guess what happened!

This is at work, where I log in (automatically, I might add) pretty regularly. More often than at home, in fact.

Everytime I read the title I think someone got fired!

Well, perhaps if he keeps reading the RRF while at work...

Even with four processors chugging along, it takes a while to crunch some of my spreadsheets with nested formulas and hundreds of thousands of rows of data across multiple tabs, so RRF is nice to alt+tab to while I wait.

This still happens to me on a regular basis, anyone else have this problem? Does my computer somehow lose my cookie, or whatever is used to recognize that I'm logged in? or is my computer or network somehow changing my ISP address?

If I am on for a while but haven't been looking around or whatever (30-35-minutes or so) I must log back in. In my case it simply is a question of my activity while I'm logged in.

Jason, this is not a common complaint. Perhaps Gil can offer an explanation. Thanks for your understanding and for continuing to log in. Perhaps in keeping with John's observation you could post every so often to stay on longer.
