Rickenbacker Forum Has 50,000th Visit Today

Post by admin »

Thanks to all those who have taken the time to share their information about Rickenbackers and the artists who have played them. The Forum will soon celebrate its 1st birthday on July 14, 2001, however, the 50,000th visit was logged today.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Congratulations, Peter!

I first discovered this forum a few months ago, and I find it to be a tremendous resource not only for we Rick owners and enthusiasts, but really for all guitarists.

Nice to know I originally logged on during its first year... I'm sure there will be many more to come!

Continued success,

Gene Bogart

Hello Peter. Congratulations from here (L.A. Calif.) too. And many thanks are in order as well. It's truly a comfortable place to lurk and learn and be entertained and sometimes even contribute to the camaraderie here. A splendid time is guaranteed for all.
P.S. Thanks for the tip on the Sonomatics, although I haven't seen them for a very long time. I used them many years ago after graduating from the Black Diamonds!
Best regards,
Mike DiLeonardo

Another "congrats" from the L.A. area!

Speaking of Sonomatics, I ordered two sets from juststrings.com a couple of weeks ago. They're out-of-stock but have them on backorder. Have you had luck finding them?

Thanks and congratulations from the Bay Area. This is a great place for someone to learn about the intricacies of the guitar and have fun along the way.

Congratulations Peter, thanks for providing a place where all things Rickenbacker can be tossed about in an almost civilised manner ;)

Yeah, and most of 'em in one day! Now let's see how long he sticks around after finding all of those smokin' deals in the for sale section...

Looking over his post history, that's just kind of annoying. Maybe we should make it a 30 day waiting period instead of a post requirement.
Great Ramp In My Opinion.
