That's a model NS postwar about 47-50, and it appears to be in beautiful condition.
The market is a little tough these days, but as pretty as that one looks, I wouldn't take less than $500 with or without an original case. If you can't get that much now, hold on to it for a year or so, until the economic funk clears.
