Finding a neck for a pre war b6

no I am not keeping the broken guitar and never saw it before it expired

It is in dispute with the credit car company and I am hoping to get my money back since I ordered a guitar that was supposed to be almost mint and I gets to me with a broken neck. I hope I wont have to worry with it. And hope to send it back to the seller
