Spanish Guitar 1934-35 / need some help!

Hi, my name is Stefan Lob from germany and I collecting old german jazzguitars (http://www.schlaggitarren.de)!
I get an old Rickenbacker Spanish Guitar. As I read here, the guitar was wade between 1934-35. Take a look at the pictures of the guitar:

I have NO IDEA about the value and if this is guitar is a rare collctor´s item.
If you have any questions about german guitars, feel free and contact me.
It would be very nice to get some serious answeres.
