Ace lap steel

Just picked up one of these for a great price, looks like brown bakelite maybe? One tuning machine button is broken off. Are there known replacements for these? I'd like to replace all 6 (2 pairs of connected 3's).

Kluson three on a plate tuners should fit right on without a problem. The Ace is a fine guitar.
