What should I pay?

Hello,
This guitar, a 1953 B6, costs roughly 800 USD in Sweden. Is that a reasonable price? Is it a collector's item or just a good Rickenbacker lap steel?

Boris,
The post war B6 is a very good steel guitar and is also somewhat collectable. $800 is much than the instrument is worth. You can frequently find these on Ebay in the $500 to $600 range in excellent condition.
