Looks great, Dale. I'm sure the owner is very proud of his 'baby' at this moment.

Hey John, how you been? Good to see your guitar made the 2007 December page! Wish it was the Bass but that sure is a beauty...

Doin' well, Dale!

I also sent Paul a few cool pics of the bass, but he chose one of my guitars. The bass is doing great, BTW. I've been gigging it constantly.

Hope everything is well in sunny Aloha!

Dale, any particular reason why black was chosen again as the finish?

Lefty, In as much as I'm a Beatle nut through and through I landed on jetglo. I tossed around the options of it's original color and Mapleglo but decided most Beatle collectors and potential buyers would relate to the black color they've seen in thousands of photos. Personally, the blond neck/headstock drove me nuts. It just didn't sit right with me. God knows why the original owner refinned the body and neck in different finishes!

Yeah, Ron,you got that right, regarding jetglo! There is something definitely hypnotic about a jetglo/gold TRC-Pickguard 325! Love it!

Ron, it's a beauty for sure. I remember seeing the pics of it before Dale started working on it when it had the blonde neck.

If I had a real '58 325, every day would be Christmas day at my house, LOL.. Congrats Ron!
