Vintage 1964 325 Fireglo

Post by chris325 »

I am selling this on EBay right now. This guitar is in very good condition, totally original and unrestored. It is the earliest known example with the 1 o'clock f-hole.

You have a RM1996, my friend. And for the record, Townshend did not play the 1996, but it's much larger brother, the RM1998.

If it is a RM model, I am surprised, I've never seen a RM with a one o'clock soundhole!

There a some with one o'**** f-holes, possibly made in the latter part of '64.

From Peter Mc's own pages.

My guitar was made in May 1964 according to the serial number.

Most 64 production was RM.

If it weren't an RM I'd be surprised.

Nice guitar
