Radio Knobs for Johns 58 325

Hi,

Does anybody know how to get the knobs that John mounted on his mapleglo 325 the same time his updated it with the Bigsby B5 ?
Seems that they are hard to get ! (I dont mean the Burns Knobs after it was repainted in Black !)
