Thanks for your help! But I've looked at e-bay, and I believe they are way over priced. I've found a few that were around 2495-2500 and used, but someone had bought before i got to them...so around that price is around I'm looking.

well anyways as always...!

Well if you like 310s, the price on this one is closer to reality (scroll down):

Don't know of any other affordable ones right now, but keep an eye out and be patient -- they will come.

I guess my 320 Red doesn't meet your requirements?

BTW, the 310 cited above is pretty cool, but it would be nice to know whether that one is an original, rather than a modded 320.

Shane, if you have color preferences, let us know. That way, if I spot one online somewhere I will know to inform you of it. :) 8)

IIRC, that would be impossible. There would be a route where the middle pickup once was. It's rarer than a 320!

That said, 310s never bring what a 325 brings, since its not remotely Beatle-spec.

It's possible with a jetglo finish but not profitable at that price. Doing a mod like that well is a lot of work.

thanks everyone your help! it's much appreciated! The Rickenbacker color i'm looking for is jetglo, and either a 325v63 325c64 325v58/59? I know Lennon's was 325 but as long as its the short scale. I have found a few new ones but they are going for 3200-5000... i'd prefer used with minor damage, then that way the cost may not be as much depending on the seller. But if you all find new one anywhere you can let me know too. I'll take all the resources I can..

I'll admit it's been kinda' fun these past few days trying to hunt one down...but on the other hand frustrating, haha...

And THANKS agains everyone!

Hey guys I found a 1990 Rickenbacker 325JL "John Lennon" Limited Edition on ebay the asking is 4,995.00 or best off Offer. Obv. I'm not going to PAY that much...and you can tell it's a used item but if i do make an offer... the tail piece is a lil off center in relation to the vibrato...so i'm expecting some damage was done maybe? They seller told me,"The ac'cent vibratos are all lined up a little differently. It comes off the bridge straight up the neck & operates fine." those are his words... so, is this true? Every Rickenbackee i've looked at everything lines up and nothing is off center... Just thought i'd ask the group. It isn't a COPY i know that but I don't think the user is being honest about how completely used it may be. Cause the input jack, the screws around it look slightly rusty..and has a lot of scratches around it.

Thanks Everyone!...

That is an easy fix... It moves to the left or right when you change the strings.
