Carl Wilson #393 COA - Is it yours?

Post by stringsncords »

Several years ago, I purchased a CW on eBay, and the COA didn't match the numbers on the guitar:

# 393 Serial # 0030911

If this is your guitar, please message me - I have your COA.

Bob:

I would guess that this is YOUR guitar then? And that we have the wrong serial number which was collected from the COA?

Hi Brian,

I don't have the guitar anymore - I sold it without the COA because this one that I received with it didn't match. And, the seller was unavailable to question.

So, I still have this COA which belongs to SOMEONE - I know it's a long shot, but I figured that I would ask.

Was it a six string or a 12 string. I have a 360/6 version of the CW model without a COA. I know it's a long shot but does the COA have a serial number listed? Couldn't hurt to ask :D

Oops, now that I realized the photo of the COA shows the serial number, I've been able to narrow my Carl Wilson's production run number between one currently listed on Reverb at number 41 and 393 shown in the certificate.
