Thanks, Jeff, CJ,and Paul!

Joey took some beautiful shots of it on Page 15 (probably better than I could take at home), and Scott has some great ones on page 24. But, seeing it in person is awesome: deep, rich, and metallic.

My compliments to John, Ben, Eric, and all who were involved at RIC in developing this beautiful guitar.

We're ecstatic that you love it, Bob.

The orders for this color exceeded expectations, so prepare to see a lot of Ruby starting from April on.

Its great to see such demand, and from our experience on pre-orders this mostly seems to be incremental, meaning that the new colour has stimulated people to dip their hands in their pocket for an addition to their collection. Just can't wait to see one in the flesh. Hopefully the UK will get some early doors.

Glad to see Ruby has returned as a standard color. It is quite the looker and maybe one day in the far off future, my return to a 660/12 will be in Ruby. Of course, from what I see, it needs to be photographed at just the right angle to capture the true beauty of the finish. Most finishes (save for solid colors) are hard to capture right, so I've seen. A big thanks to Joey, Gary C and anyone else for posting all the photos. Made me feel like I was there without being there!

What were those peculiar Vox guitars that look like the Mark VI and Phantom guitars of the mid 60s?

EDIT: Apparently, I reached 4600 posts. How do I do it?
