who gets the new snowglos?

anybody know which market is getting these new snowglos and when?

Evidently Wildwood got a couple. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=414160

My guess is that the "long time" RIC dealers get first dibs on these. Maybe POTR or Dave's Guitar Shop have received some.

found one on reverb in the hands of "kansas city vintage guitars" - they're asking $2400.

I love snowglo
However, the more I look at the new fretboard wood the less I like its brown colour....the old rosewood was one of the peculiarities of Rickenbacker, too bad it is not used anymore

A darker board would certainly compliment the brightness of these basses better I think, but as Fran points out, they do seem to be a more generic lighter grain these days. :(
