Hello and my first Ric!

Post by smurph1 »

Hi Ya'll and greetings from West by God Virginia! I am a life long musician who has owned a million guitars over the years. I'm a big fan of 60s music but it took me 40 years to finally get a Rickenbacker. I just bought a 2009 Mapleglo 330 and WOW! I run it into a Deluxe Reverb with a Janglebox and I'm into instant Byrds Beatles Petty territory. I have yet to really explore the overdrive possibilities but I'm sure there are many. Have a great day!

Welcome Dowe! Get a 12er and you'll REALLY hear the jangle!

That's next on the list, but for now a Dano 12 will do the trick.

Welcome Dowe!

A 330 is a great guitar - it may be all you really need!!

Model 330 - The Workhorse Rickenbacker. Congratulations and welcome.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm
