4003 treb pickup volume drop, HELP!
Recently my 2000 4003's treb pickup has lost volume, Ive checked everything and cant find anything that loose, out of place or is touching, the input jacks have always given some crackling trouble but they dont appear to be worn or dirty. I took the pickup out and the only thing I noticed was the ground is a bit frayed but still have a decent amount of wire intact. ideas?

Which ones are those?tnc2 wrote:...the input jacks have always given some crackling trouble...
A likely source of the trouble may be the shorting switch contacts on the standard OUTPUT jack. Check those and clean tham, as necessary.

So, this has been modified? Or, do you not know how ROS works?tnc2 wrote: It actually has two stereo jacks

I see only one TRS "stereo" jack there on your harness. The other one you think is a stereo jack is a mono jack with a switch on it. Take a closer look.
