Is Matte Black a standard finish now? Does anyone know if the Matte finish is easier or harder to maintain than gloss (standard) or oil (W models)?

According to the 2019 Price List, Yes.

So are you saying they replaced Midnight Blue with Matte Black???

Not really. The pricelist part about standard finish colors reads as follows:
Standard Colors: Mapleglo (MG), Fireglo (FG), Jetglo (JG).
Matte Black (MBL) available for the 4003, 4003S, 4003S/5 and 330 models.
Midnight Blue used to be available on all standard models. Not so with MBL.
PS. There is also the Walnut series, which is available in certain models. The Walnut models are listed separately on the pricelist.
