Jeffrey, removed, name changed or temporarily unavailable covers a range of possibilities. :lol: Perhaps the FB option is working well for them. I bet, however, that they are temporarily unavailable.

Perhaps FB is their preference, these days.

Seems to be working for me. Of course, here in New Zealand it's Wednesday already so perhaps when you get to tomorrow it'll be working for you too.
It's great to be livin' in the future...
