Speaking of finishes, this custom finish by PW is terrific.

Burgundy for me.
Just a classic colour especially the dark late 60s ones.
Lovely.

Dogonnit, I can’t vote because I register a dead heat between Jetglo and Fireglo.
But then, Matte Tobacco is neck and neck with the other two but it’s not a standard finish, so...

Why am I even bothering u nice folks with commenting?
‘Got me.

Fireglo,Jetglo and Ruby.I've never owned a Ruby Rick though.

My fav has always been Fireglo, when i think Rickenbacker i see Fireglo, can't explain it any better .

Amber Fireglo is lovely , the binding is a little too yellow for my taste though.

Fireglo
Most visually stunning. All those bursts - front back sides headstock front back and even neck.
Must be seen in person and held to appreciate fully.

I'm sure that I have a favorite. I'm just not sure what it is...…
I've always wanted to do one in "Rootbeerburst".And I'm really tempted to make a mother of toilet seat pickguard for my 4003 so that it matches my Hofner.

Color me pedestrian! Fireglo, because it's uniquely Rickenbacker. Mapleglo for it's intrinsic honesty. Jetglo, because, "it rocks!"
