It is very interesting to look at the number of instruments in the Register by month, over the years. The findings are not particularly surprising with very close to 8 percent seen for each month. As noted below April seems to be the highest production month with upwards of 10 percent of the registrations with August seeing the lowest number overall. While a somewhat lower production of August instruments may coincide with the company break to some degree, the April statistic is harder to explain outside of a sampling bias in the data perhaps.
On the surface, there is an amazing consistency in the data from month to month.
