i'm home in Calgary for the holidays where my old bedroom at my parent's house has become the Unofficial RIckenbacker Museum of Western Canada.
i tuned-up all my basses, quickly snapped photos of each and recorded the serial number data for the register.
the follwing 8 basses were submitted (pics to follow when i figure-out how to do that):
1972 4001 JG LK1407 , 1973 4001 FG MD 1376, 1973 4001 FG ML 6468, 1976 4001 WALNUT (blank jackplate), 1978 4002 WALNUT RA058, 1987 4001V63 MG I07922, 1998 4001V63 FG UI6393, 2005 C64S MG 0537216.
another 6 to be added (either with a Luthier at present time, or in Toronto):
1964 4001 FG Deluxe(being cleaned-up), 1966 1999RM (being restored), 1968 FG 4001 (being restored), 1972 4001 MG (being re-finished in Walnut), 1972 4001 WHITE (being restored), 1977 4992 MG (in Toronto)
finally got around to adding my collection (well, half)
