STOLEN Susanna Hoffs & 620/6 Jetglo!!

Post by xrbruja »

A thief stole 2 Rickenbackers from my car on the weekend of March 8-9th in the Seattle area: a Susanna Hoffs and a 620/6 Jetglo. A theft report has been filed with the police in Kirkland, Washington, USA. Anyone with any information about these guitars can contact the Kirkland Police at (425) 587-3400 and mention case #14-11730 or email me.

Both guitars had been collected on the Rick Resource register when they went up for sale on eBay before I owned them. As of now, the 350SH is showing as stolen but the 620 isn't. Both guitars were in Washington state, USA (not Rhode Island and New York, which are where the previous owners lived).

Serial numbers are:

350 Susanna Hoffs (1989): E2 8745
620/6 Jetglo (1989): B2 9808

Ok I updated the collected item of the JG 620 to show it as stolen and to direct people to this thread... Peter or Gil can update the SH

That is truly awful news about the loss of these two instruments.

I hope for a speedy return of them!

Key thing is to get the word out in the community so that they become too hot to handle... Post this same info on social media - facebook groups etc...

Good luck! Those of us who scan the Rickenbacker for sale ads will start watching for them...

Sorry to hear about that.
A few stolen ricks were already found using the register's stolen feature. I hope that yours will be found soon as well.
So long and thanks for all the fish!
