I've come across a '68 366/12 Ser# HA022 up for sale that I was interested in. When I checked the registry, the guitar is flagged as stolen. Is it possible to get the name of the person that made the registry entry?

Yeah I saw that too. Statute's probably long expired, and if they can't prove the seller knew it was stolen, probably not even punishable. Not sure if still recoverable though.
