I too give Zoom the Thumbs Up.

I have a Zoom 1201, it's a 1U rack unit for those who don't know it. It's not ideal for live 'gigging' work but as a studio tool it's excellent and have recorded some convincing Shads sounds with it.

Going back to the post about echo chambers I can say there's nothing quite like Abbey Road Studios echo chambers, a little more sophisticated than the previous one described, theirs have big china pipes in the chamber between the speaker and mic too :wink: but they do sound fabulous, though a case of 'steady with the send volume' so as not to upset the neighbours :lol:
