Searchers, Byrds and Dusty Springfield
Nothing Roy. The dates were for part one of the question.

I am presently communicating with a guy called Artie Wayne, means nothing probably but he made some records in sixties and produced a number of artists some who made it big, what is interesting though is that he produced a record by a guy called Tim Wilde and that record was Popcorn Double Feature probaly the original version, which I had certainly never heard of, but clearly The Searchers must have been sent it, I intend to ask John when I get chance but as next time I see him is in Liverpool probably not the place as his Family tends to go and last thing he wants to do is discuss trivia as he rightly calls it. Artie does not have a copy of the record regretfully but says he will try and track a copy down to send me as a mp3 hopefully.
TODAY'S THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE
Most interesting Roy. I would like to know what John has to say about this and uf Artie finds the original recording.

Yes, right you are Roy and the Shadows' Slaughter On Tenth Avenue and Maroc 7 for example.
And Three Dog Night's One. Or we could make quick work of half of the list with Manfred Mann's 5-4-3-2-1, for example.
