Scalloped Fretboards
I would be very interested to hear from those who have had experience with scalloped fretboards. How did they play and did you stick with them. I am intrigued by the idea.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Re: Scalloped Fretboards
Feels like playing a cheesegrater.
Prepare for every note to be slightly out of tune unless you have lightest of touches.
Forget playing chords as well.
Good luck if you ever need a refret.
Resale limited to the G-3 teenage shredder market.
But hey, that's just my opinion, and experience playing a few.

Love the comments Mike. I have resisted the temptation thus far.

Re: Scalloped Fretboards
I've no need for scalloped fretboards. The board doesn't slow me down - my fingers do....
