Just Two Pedals

Post by wmthor »

I have just two pedals, an original JangleBox and one of Paul Cochrane's Tim overdrive pedals. I have seldom used both pedals at the same time as most of the time, I do not use a pedal at all. Therefore, what is the forum's conscious on pedal arrangement:

1: Guitar > Tim > JangleBox > Amp

2: Guitar > JangleBox > Tim > Amp

Any and all comments will be appreciated.

BTW, here's a review of the Tim.

You should try it both ways to find what works best for you. Tim probably provides a bit of compression when cranked up, itself, and if you use a lot of treble boost you may be better off with the Timmy before the JB.
